Yoga has consistently played a significant role in my life.
Though I grew up practicing, my deeper journey began with years of self‑practice inspired by B.K.S. Iyengar’s Light on Yoga.
After more than a decade of dedicated personal practice, I completed formal Yoga Teacher Training through a Yoga Alliance–registered school and the renowned Kaivalyadhama Health and Yoga Research Centre, earning qualifications to teach multiple styles.
With over seven years of teaching experience and nearly two decades of self‑practice, I have witnessed how Yoga brings balance, clarity, strength, and deep wellbeing into one’s life. My classes draw from Shri B.K.S. Iyengar’s teachings, Kaivalyadhama’s classical approach, alignment‑oriented methods, and traditional Vinyasa sequencing—offering a practice that is structured, mindful, and breath‑centered. I also weave in Ayurvedic principles to support healing through mindful movement, nourishing diet, and balanced daily routines.
I believe movement becomes meaningful only when it flows with the breath. In my sessions, I incorporate a variety of breathing techniques to help students experience the intimate connection between breath and movement, allowing the practice to feel both grounding and expansive.
Beyond the mat, I am a Software Engineer and an Ayurveda Counselor. For any questions or further details, feel free to reach out via email. I look forward to building a supportive community and exploring this Yoga journey together.
