Varika Dubey, Ph.D., is the daughter of O.P. Tiwari, a highly respected master of Pranayama and Hatha Yoga. She is the president and co‑founder of Kaivalyadhama USA, where she offers certification programs and teaches Advanced Pranayama.
Over three days, you will learn safe, correct and authentic Pranayama practices based on traditional texts and science. You will learn about the preparatory yogic techniques necessary for Pranayama along with simple mudras and bandhas.

These yoga sessions are designed to help you reduce stress and tension, and find peace and balance in your life. You'll learn pranayama techniques, yoga asanas, and relaxation methods to help you release physical and mental stress.
